Our programs are educational tools. We are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or financial results that arise from use of our materials. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service within the last twelve months.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
